  1. I really appreciate your write up. The way you have explained your vision to manage things is really great. Sometimes i also try to manage many things being a freelancer but i failed many of times just because of i couldn’t manage my time properly.

  2. I am 100% on board with these tips – especially blocking your time. It can be too easy to just hop from one job to another and then lose track of what you’re doing. If you block time effectively it makes jobs quicker and easier to bill.

    I also think you really need that ‘North Star’ – knowing where you want your business to go is very important. It makes you think about how to get there and introduce goals rather than just going from one project to the next. It’s working on your business, not in it.
