   I would love to have an opportunity to go to The Future of Web Design Conference! I have not yet had an opportunity to go to such an aspiring and amazing conference! This would be a great venue to meet and collaborate with new people and expand my growing skills as a web and mobile designer. Of all the conferences I have looked at, this one has always been top of mind as one I would love to check out and learn from. Thanks for the opportunity!

6. I’d love to go, my favorite part is learning what everyone else is up to in the industry and just taking bits and pieces back with me and incorporating that within my own process. I try to get to one conference per every other/year but the conference usually done in my city (Pittsburgh) has been postponed until next year so this may be my only opportunity to get to one this year.

7. I will already be in NYC! Nothing can increase your skillset like attending one of these conferences. Most of us, at best, get a few hours sporadically every once in a while to learn new trends and technologies. Events like this force you to sit in one place and focus on your future. What an opportunity! I wanna wiiin!!

8. It’s simple, really. I want to share what I learn at FOWD to propel the industry forward, inspire my followers, and teach clients how to best work with Web Designers & Developers. Having built my first website in 1994, I am constantly learning & growing.
   This conference will help me help the universe evolve. I just want to change the world for the better, that’s all. :))

I’d love to go because I am aspiring to become a web designer/developer and learning from people I look up to in the field first hand would just be amazing! I also think it would be very inspiring and fun because not only would I get to connect with new people. I’d take away a lot of great skills and tips which I could in turn share with others who are also looking to learn web design and development, and nothing beats that! We all need to grow, and I think this conference would be the stepping point for me.

I was from the midwest and I’ve been reading your blog when you still had the pencil design in the header. I thought that was the coolest thing when I was just a budding web designer and a lot of your posts inspired me to continue. Six years later, I have just moved to New York City and this would be a great opportunity for me to finally go to one of the conferences I’ve so long watched streams for and read decks on. 18. I think the FOWD conference would be a wonderful opportunity for myself as a student. I am currently attending Full Sail University and I am eager to get out there and learn. My job stops me from going to school on campus because it takes up so much of my time, so for now I have to take online classes. Going to New York and attending the FOWD conference will help me become more involved and up to date with my industry. Thank you for the amazing learning opportunity!

How this workshop “Changed how I do design forever”, or “This talk on — Gave me a new outlook on –“. 20. Hi Jacob! I’m a web developer, but over the past few years I’ve become a fan of all things web design. I’ve been studying independently to broaden my web design skill-set. I’ve recently (as in the past month or so) been given the opportunity to focus solely on web design at my job and it has been a challenging yet exciting and rewarding experience. I would like to attend this conference because I’ve never had the opportunity to participate in a conference of this magnitude and I feel like attending this conference can only help me to achieve my goals both personally and professionally. 24. I want to have this opportunity, I have never had the chance to be part of a conference like this before. I am a graphic designer keen to expand, and improve my web design and web development skills. I am passionate for the things I do and I want to meet passionate people that love what they do. As a freelance I work from home with clients around the globe, so I do not get the opportunity to have face to face interactions. This conference would bring that opportunity to me and would bring me the opportunity to learn from professionals to expand and improve my career, knowledge, and ideas. I would be grateful and excited to attend! 🙂

25. While my 9-5 job is digital marketing, in order to pursue my real passion, I’m currently attending front end web development classes in the evening. Attending this conference would give me the opportunity to legitimize my web design experience and hopefully move my career in this direction. My dream is to eventually freelance or have some sort of consulting business, so this conference would be extremely valuable, especially as someone who has only been mostly self taught so far. I would die of excitement!

    I’ve been to future insights in vegas and loved the quality of the conference, i’ve never been to New York ( don’t worry getting there won’t be an issue) and have had my eye on this conference for the last few months since attending converge. 33. I jumped on a plane with one duffel bag and a suitcase to NY nearly three months ago. People told me if I wanted to be the best, I had to come to this city. From a picture on my wall to seeing the real thing, the feeling is unexplainable. I would love to listen to the talks and meet the people that love doing the same thing as me.

34. I would like to attend because I heard NYC is a great city and I have never been there. I live in California. I would also like to attend to take my web design skills to the next level and share and learn about the future of the web. I’m a .net developer and enjoy anything related to the web.

35. I’m always trying to get more inspired and be progressive in my web design. I’m 26 and am trying to take my career to new levels. Attending this conference would help give me a big boost of motivation and inspiration. I want to be able to meet new connections in the industry and learn new things from great designers/developers. I’ve never been to New York and I have always wanted to attend a major conference there, especially if it has to do with web design.
